• Thesis Title: Understanding Electrical Properties of Chiral Monolayer and Twisted Bilayer Graphene Nanoribbons
• Research Area: 2D Materials, Graphene, Device Modeling, Electron Transport
• Modeled both chiral and bilayer graphene nanoribbons and analyzed how their properties change in response to various physical parameters of the ribbons.
